Account Wallet No Negative
This module adds feature of no negative allowed wallets.

Usage
- Check the ‘No Negative’ field for a wallet.
- If the balance goes under 0, it raises an error message.
- You can define the attribute on wallet types and would be filled in for new wallets of that type.
